How can I improve both water clarity and feel?

Simplicity Maximizer provides many benefits to pool water by improving water clarity and sparkle while making the water feel gentle to swimmers. It also helps stabilize the pH, helping make your pool easier to manage. Maximizer is ideal for use in all types of pools, regardless of surface type, volume or basic chemical treatment program to create sparkling clear water. Maximizer works with all pool sanitizing programs including chlorine, bromine, biguanide, and saline chlorination systems.

Maximizer contains boron, thus providing the benefits of borate technology. Boron has a wide range of uses. It is commonly used in antiseptics, cosmetics, eyewashes, foot and bath salts, adhesives and pool & spa applications. Borates can also contribute to softening of hard water by tying up or complexing calcium as well as acting as a buffer, thus enhancing swimmer's comfort. Borates do not remove calcium, they just complex it, therefore changing the overall characteristics of the calcium, which in turn helps the calcium stay in solution.

Maximizer is completely soluble in pool water and should only need to be applied once per season. Additional application may be needed due to water loss from backwashing, splash out and draining. Heavy rains can cause a need to backwash or partially drain to reduce the level in the pool, resulting in a reduction in Maximizer from the pool.

Initial Start-Up Using Maximizer:

  1. Before adding Maximizer, bring a sample of the pool water or fill water to your local Simplicity dealer to have the water tested and balanced to proper levels.
  2. Backwash or clean filter before adding this product.
  3. Then add 15 - 23 lbs of Maximizer per 10,000 gallons of pool water (1.5 - 2.3 lbs per 1,000 gallons) slowly into your pool skimmer with the pump and circulation system on.
  4. Allow pool water to circulate for 4-8 hours after application. Do not pour Maximizer into a skimmer if circulation is not evident in the skimmer. Do not directly combine Maximizer with any other product.
